We actually went to the cinema to go and see the War of the Worlds, but we arrived late and the que were every long. The next choice on most people mind was Wedding Crashers and this turned out to be a good choice, certainly not a waste of money.
The first few minutes started out slow while you were introduced to the main characters in their day jobs, but once over this stage the comedy never stopped (with the exception of a few sloppy moments). I don’t want to ruin the plot but in their quest to crash weddings they get them selves some action. They then crash the wedding of the year, only to get them selves into more situations before finally being discovered and kicked out.
All ends well though and the characters get their wish, even if it has changed since the start of the film. Not completly a chick flick with plenty of laughs for the everyone.
I’ve been quite busy this past 4 weeks. The first week I was preparing to move house, then on the 25th I actually moved. What with sorting out the new house, weekends away and work I’ve not had much time to write anything.
Now my new house is nearly sorted, just a desk to buy. All the rooms are organised and boxes mostly banished behind sofas, under the stairs and the back of wardrobes. The internet has been installed so my web site and mail is back online. Pets have been allocated homes and settled in nicely. After two attempts we have a working washing machine. Weekends free.
The last thing to do is the repainting of my bedroom, it’s a small room so nice quite calm colours are the order of the day.
Edit: I can’t spell, spelt quiet as quite in title. Now corrected.
