A reply on The Register to my post on the Wikipedia.
Some fair points.

A web site as been created with intention to take Wikipedia to court – http://www.wikipediaclassaction.org/
People seem more concerned with their own image than helping the world at large. Rather then seeing an incorrect page, registering and correcting it they seem to think the answer is to take them to court.
Why?
It does no favours to anyone other than the lawyers. The whole point of Wikipedia is that it is for everybody by everybody. Take someone to court and win, then everyone is afraid to contribute unless they get it wrong and get taken to court. Lose and all that happens is they change target to the next guy down the line, the ISP. Any gueses what they will do. That’s right. Shut down the server. They don’t want to loose the reputation and other customers.
Please try to remember why we work in teams, because we can accomplish so much more than individuals. The bigger the team the better the result for everybody. So work as a team, contribute to society, change an incorrect page on Wikipedia, and please don’t take everybody to court.
It stinks. Once again a few small people are trying to ruin it for everyone.
